for every plan
Three monthly plans, from £49 to £199 a month. Every plan rolls month to month, your website is in your name from day one, and anything bigger than a small change gets a fixed price before it starts.
The three plans
- Essentials For a site that rarely changes, where you want the technical side looked after and nothing else.
- Care For a business that keeps its site up to date with prices, photos, opening hours and news.
- Growth For a business that wants its website to bring in more enquiries, bookings or sales.
Bigger jobs are quoted up front and never billed by the hour.
What each plan includes
The technical care is the same on every plan. What changes as you move up is how much we do with the site, from keeping it running to actively helping it win you work.

Small changes and quoted work
A small change is roughly anything that takes under half an hour. On Care and Growth they’re included, however many you send. Anything larger gets a fixed price first, and you decide whether to go ahead.
Included as small changes
- Changing text, prices or opening hours
- Swapping photos, or adding new ones
- Adding a page from words and photos you already have
- Adding a team member, product or menu item
- Uploading a PDF, such as a menu, price list or brochure
- Posting a notice, event or piece of news
- Fixing a broken link or a typo
- Updating a phone number, address or email
Quoted at a fixed price
- A new section or page designed from scratch
- Adding online booking, payments or a shop
- Connecting a new system, such as a newsletter or CRM
- Redesigning the homepage or a page template
- Writing new pages of copy from nothing
- A whole new website, which is a rebuild
If we’re not sure which side of the line a request falls on, we’ll tell you before doing anything, so there’s never a surprise on an invoice.
Fixed quotes for bigger work
When something will take longer than half an hour, we write back with a price and a short description of what it covers. You say yes or no. If the job then takes longer than we expected, that’s for us to absorb, and the price you agreed is the price you pay.
It works the same way for a new homepage section, an online booking system or a full rebuild. You always know the number before any work starts.

Two ways to get started
Most people move their current site to us as it is. If it’s holding you back, a new site starts from £1,000 at a fixed price, paid in full at the start or half at the start and half at launch.

Is there a contract or minimum term?
No. Every plan rolls monthly and you can leave at the end of any month. Your domain and site are already in your name, and we hand everything over free.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. You can move up or down from one month to the next, so you might start on Care and move to Growth when you want the site to do more.
What does “unlimited small changes” actually mean?
It means we don’t count them. On Care and Growth, send as many small changes as you need. The limit is the size of each one, roughly anything that takes under half an hour. Larger requests get a fixed quote first.
How do changes work on Essentials?
Essentials covers the technical side only, so changes aren’t included. If you need one, we’ll price it before doing it. If you find you’re asking regularly, Care usually works out cheaper.
Is hosting included?
Yes, on every plan. WordPress sites go on hosting built for WordPress, and newer sites go on hosting suited to how they’re built.
Why do you publish your prices?
So you can decide whether we’re worth talking to before you talk to us. Not knowing what the next bill will be is one of the most common complaints about website support, and publishing prices is the simplest fix for it.
